The Classroom Hotline is a service designed to provide timely technical support for faculty having difficulty with any media equipment, general maintenance or service in all general assignment classrooms. When you contact the Hotline you will have immediate response from a Academic Technology Services team member to your situation as quickly as possible -- getting the user back in operation with minimal disruption.
Technical support for media equipment is offered for locations other than general assignment classrooms and performed on a recharge basis.
