Proposals for Fall 2003 ET Partners Now Being Accepted

The Educational Technology (ET) Partners Program in now accepting faculty proposals for Fall 2003. ET Partners brings together for one quarter a select number of faculty members with specially trained students. The goal is to develop the faculty members' expertise in educational technology and to help them effectively incorporate appropriate technology into their teaching. The ET Partners Program has been very successful since its inception in Fall 2001. So far, 46 faculty members from 33 departments and campus organizations have been able to participate in the program, becoming more conversant with educational technology and developing instructional projects specifically related to their teaching interests. Many faculty (particularly those with a specific course-related technology project in mind) have seen in this program a wonderful opportunity for professional development and for one-on-one technology training. The call for proposals and application form are available on the Web at The application deadline for Fall 2003 is Friday, August 29, 2003 (applications are also being accepted for Winter 2004).
