Get free help setting a mobile password during lunch on Oct. 30

You've decided to install a password and timeout on your smartphone or tablet. But you could use a hand from someone who knows the technology, just to confirm you're doing it correctly.

Come by the Student Community Center during lunch on Wednesday, Oct. 30. A consultant from the IT Express Computing Services Help Desk will help you put a password and timeout on your phone or tablet.

Information and Educational Technology is offering the free help for faculty, students and staff from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in meeting room B that day, as part of IET's "Be Smart About Your Smartphone" awareness campaign this fall.
