(Sept. 19) Some UC Davis computing accounts were suspended because they might have been compromised by a textbook company data breach. If you receive an Aggie Alert that says your account has been suspended, please open a support ticket to reset your passphrase. Go to servicehub.ucdavis.edu, select Get Help, and continue as a "Guest User."
After you have opened a ticket, an IT Express consultant will call you to reset your passphrase. After your password is reset, you will be able to use your account again. Please be advised that call volumes are high.
IT Express is offering extended support hours:
- Thursday, Sept. 19: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 20: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 21: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Sunday, Sept. 22: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Regular hours are Mon. - Fri., 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
