Learn to link laptops to projectors
Classroom Technology Services will offer training Jan. 2 on how to connect laptops to projectors in general assignment classrooms.
The session will meet from 1 to 3 p.m. in Haring 2205. To attend, please RSVP Robert Ralston at rlralston@ucdavis.edu.
A half-hour discussion starting at 1 will cover assisted listening devices, cabinet keys, wireless microphones, checking for bad VGA cable, media cabinet timeouts, Internet connectivity, computer security and PowerPoint tips. For the practice starting at 1:30, bring a laptop and hook it up to the classroom projector through the media cabinet.
