Requirement for Electronic Submission of Final Grades

As announced last spring, Fall Quarter 2004 marks the first term when all instructors must submit final grades electronically to the Office of the University Registrar. In lieu of the traditional scantron ?bubble forms,? which will no longer be provided, two Web-based options are offered. On November 18, Provost & Executive Vice Chancellor Virginia Hinshaw, Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs Judy Sakaki, and Vice Provost of Information and Educational Technology John Bruno sent a memo to all UC Davis faculty to alert them to this important change.
