Bernardo Huberman, senior fellow and director of the Information Dynamics Lab at Hewlett Packard Laboratories, will speak 2-6 p.m. June 10, in 226 Wellman Hall. His talk, "Information Dynamics in a Net-worked World," is part of the Office of Research's new Distinguished Lecture Series.
Huberman will describe new mechanisms for identifying communities of practice within large networks and for helping the spread of information in those communities.
