Student Affairs Project Team Releases RFP for New Document Management System

The Student Affairs Document Management Project was launched this spring, with the goal of identifying a system that will support the core business processes for the Office of the Registrar, Undergraduate Admissions, and the Financial Aid Office.?The project team released a Request for Proposal in late August and is expecting to receive proposals by the end of September.?Target applications for document management include, but are not limited to, verification of need for financial aid applicants, handling of applications for admission for Undergraduate Admissions, and management of transcripts and grades for the Office of the Registrar. IET provides co-management and technical support.
