Upgrade to UC Davis Telemanagement System
The  campus  telemanagement  system,  Pinnacle,  is  the  system  of  record  for  campus  phone  numbers.  Among  many  services,  Pinnacle  provides  automated  billing  for  all  campus  phone  lines.  A  system  upgrade  is  planned  for  July  1  that  will  enable  automated  online  service  order  requests,  feed  into  the  campus  directory  and  provide  up-to-date  information  in  the  MyProfile  tab  of  MyUCDavis  (see  ?Directory  Services  in  MyUCDavis?  in  the  MyUCDavis  Portal  section).
