Cybersecurity Awareness Month

National Cybersecurity Awareness Month is a collaboration between the government and private industry to raise awareness about digital security and empower everyone to protect personal and institutional data from digital crimes.

In October 2024, UC Davis Information and Educational Technology (IET) is providing actionable steps that students, faculty, staff, researchers, and technology professionals can take to keep university and personal data safe. You can also find Cybersecurity Awareness Month events, resources, and guidance from the University of California Office of the President.

UC Davis and UC Davis Health collaborated during Cybersecurity Awareness Month to deliver a virtual secure software development seminar.
