'Novarg' Slows Net with Excess E-mail Traffic

A new computer virus named Novarg continued to spread quickly around the Internet Tuesday, infecting thousands of computers worldwide. The virus caused so much excess e-mail traffic that it managed to degrade the Internet's performance, according to Web traffic measurement firm Keynote Systems Inc.
