With springtime drama nearly forgotten, DST ends Sunday
Last spring, the early arrival of Daylight Saving Time threatened to sow confusion among computer clocks programmed to make the shift in April, not March. Preparation prevented problems, at least at UC Davis.
Now DST is ending for the year, at 2 a.m. local time Nov. 4--probably without event, since any problems this fall should have shown up a week earlier, when the change was traditionally due.
