An Advanced Technology Project focusing on investigating the implementation of a workflow infrastructure (engine) for campus systems, such as the MyUCDavis portal, DaFIS, and Banner, has been completed. In their report, the workgroup concluded that current UC Davis technologies lend themselves to the implementation of a workflow strategy and that there should be no integration issues if the workflow processes adopted by campus developers follow the standards developed for Web services.
