Through its Meet the Experts Series, IET Mediaworks continues to offer presentations on a variety of topics. This quarter, the series featured a presentation on wireless computing by Communications Resources and an overview of MyUCDavis, the campus portal. The intention is to open up the ?Meet The Experts? presentation series to other units of IET to provide information to faculty. Other events at The Arbor during Fall Quarter 2002 included the Teaching Resources Center lunch-time Brown Bag series on favorite software presented by faculty for faculty. A very popular Teaching, Learning, and Technology series of five workshops brought new clients to The Arbor. A total of 18 workshops, presentations, and seminars were hosted at The Arbor this quarter. \tMany new clients are introduced to the Arbor as a result of presentations and training on the Smart Panel classroom technology media cabinet in conjunction with Classroom Technology Services.
