ET Partners Successful In Bringing Educational Technology To The Classroom
In just three quarters' time, the ET Partners program has had a far-reaching effect. Pairing specially trained students with instructors who work together to bring educational technology into the classroom, ET Partners has seen how a mere handful of partnerships have helped to influence the learning experience of more than 7,000 students. Initially providing partnerships for only one quarter, beginning in Winter Quarter 2003 the Educational Technology (ET) Partners program began to allow the student
partners to follow up with their faculty partners for an additional quarter following a partnership.
Enthusiasm about the ET Partners program has extended beyond its participants. EDUCAUSE added the paper ?ET Partners: Bringing Technology Effectively to Late-Adopting Faculty? to its Effective Practices and Solutions Web site, and Mediaworks presented the ET Partners program at the South West Regional EDUCAUSE Conference.
